AI agents and tools for investors and accelerator programs
How small investment teams and accelerator programs use agents and internal tools for intake, screening, mentor matching and reporting without losing judgement.
Short answer
- Deal flow and program operations are mostly reading, sorting and chasing. That is exactly what agents are good at.
- The scoring stays transparent. A model prepares the brief. Humans decide who gets in.
- Reporting to LPs, partners and sponsors is a build, not a monthly scramble.
Where it helps most
- Intake forms that end in a structured record instead of a spreadsheet graveyard.
- First pass screening briefs in one fixed format for every application.
- Mentor and founder matching based on the data you already collect.
- Cohort tracking, milestones and nudges that run on their own.
- Reports for partners and sponsors generated from the same source of truth.
Keeping judgement human
Screening support is not a decision engine. The brief is written so a partner can disagree with it quickly, with the raw answers one click away.
How the work actually runs
It starts with a short call where we look at your week and pick the one system that removes the most work. Nothing is bought before that call.
A focused build is scoped as a one off sprint of two to three weeks with a fixed price. Larger platforms with auth, payments and an AI layer are split into phases, and you see working pieces every week.
After the build you own it. Clean code, written docs, your accounts, your data. If you want someone around while you grow, the ongoing partnership is weekly working sessions plus async help.
Who does this work
I am Alperen Zeki Gokmen, a personal facilitator for solo founders and small teams, based in Helsinki and working remotely in English with clients worldwide.
I am not an agency and not a reseller of one tool. I build the brand site, the public product, the internal tools and the AI agent team myself, then hand you a documented system you can run without me.
Common questions
Is this experience or theory?
Experience. I co direct an accelerator program and have designed and run entrepreneurship programs for hundreds of founders, which is where most of these tools came from.
Can it work with our existing CRM?
Yes. The usual pattern is to keep the CRM as the record and build the intake, screening and reporting around it.
