AI agents and platforms for coaches and mentors
How coaches and mentors move intake, session prep, follow ups and program delivery into a real system instead of a folder of docs.
Short answer
- Most coaching businesses do not need more marketing. They need the delivery side to stop being manual.
- Intake, prep, notes, follow ups and program access are all repeatable, so they can all be systems.
- An assessment or a small program is usually the fastest way to turn attention into paid work.
The parts worth building
- An assessment that gives a real result and starts the conversation before a call.
- A member area or cohort hub where clients find sessions, materials and next steps.
- Session prep briefs generated from past notes, so you walk in ready.
- Follow up sequences after each session, drafted for you to approve.
- Agreements, invoices and reminders that run without your attention.
What clients should never feel
Nobody should receive something that reads like a machine wrote it. Agents prepare and draft. Your voice and your judgement stay on everything the client sees.
How the work actually runs
It starts with a short call where we look at your week and pick the one system that removes the most work. Nothing is bought before that call.
A focused build is scoped as a one off sprint of two to three weeks with a fixed price. Larger platforms with auth, payments and an AI layer are split into phases, and you see working pieces every week.
After the build you own it. Clean code, written docs, your accounts, your data. If you want someone around while you grow, the ongoing partnership is weekly working sessions plus async help.
Who does this work
I am Alperen Zeki Gokmen, a personal facilitator for solo founders and small teams, based in Helsinki and working remotely in English with clients worldwide.
I am not an agency and not a reseller of one tool. I build the brand site, the public product, the internal tools and the AI agent team myself, then hand you a documented system you can run without me.
Common questions
Do I need to leave my current tools?
Usually not. If your calendar, payments and email work, they get wired in. Tools only get replaced when they are the actual bottleneck.
Can this handle a group program?
Yes. Cohort hubs, lessons, progress and access control are a normal part of the scope.
