You know what you need shipped — a proper brand site, a real product your audience can use, the measurement underneath, maybe a small AI team to run the day-to-day. We scope it, I build it, you own a clean documented system at the end.

Setup Sprint vs Facilitator — which one do I need?+
If you need things shipped — a real brand site, a public product, an internal tool, an AI team to run your week — start with a Setup Sprint. If those already exist and you just want someone keeping it all running and improving, go straight to Facilitator. Many people start with a Sprint and roll into ongoing.
How long does the setup actually take?+
A focused single build (brand site, internal tool, or AI agent team) usually goes live in 2–3 weeks. A bigger scope — like a full public-facing platform with auth, payments and an AI layer — takes longer and we scope it in phases. Either way you see working pieces weekly, not at the end.
Can you actually build a real product, or just landing pages?+
Yes — real products. Behumbo's founder assessment platform, The Brutally Honest's startup assessment & tracking platform (with a cloned AI mentor voice inside), SAGE Hq's learning platform — all custom apps with auth, dashboards and AI built in. Off-the-shelf when it fits, custom when it doesn't.
What's an 'AI agent team' in practice?+
A small fleet of agents wired into your tools that handle a specific part of your week — content production, cold outreach, social media, sales follow-ups, admin. Built around your actual workflow, not a generic template. You stay in control; they do the repetitive work.
Do you write code?+
Yes. When off-the-shelf tools cover it (Thinkific, Substack, Zapier), I use them. When they don't — custom platforms, internal tools, agent orchestration — I build with React / TanStack / Supabase, often AI-assisted (vibe coding) to ship fast.
Why fixed price instead of hourly?+
Hourly punishes speed. I work fast because I've done this many times — you shouldn't pay more for that.
What if I already have some of this set up?+
Even better. I audit what you have, keep what works, and only rebuild what's actually broken or missing.
Do you take equity or revenue share?+
Not for service work — just a clean fee. For deeper founder partnerships, we can talk separately.
Who is this NOT for?+
Big teams that want an agency, a 40-page proposal or weekly status decks. Enterprise AI initiatives. Paid-ads or SEO agency work. If that's you, I'm not your person — honestly.
