Services · Personal Facilitator

Two ways I work with people building their own brand.

A one off Setup Sprint that ships your platform, automations and tracking in 2 to 3 weeks. Or an ongoing Facilitator partnership where I quietly handle the digital side while you focus on the work only you can do.

Setup Sprint

You know what you need shipped. A proper brand site, a real product your audience can use, the measurement underneath, maybe a small AI team to run the day to day. We scope it, I build it, you own a clean documented system at the end.

  • Brand site, designed and shipped end to end (off the shelf or custom, whichever fits)
  • Public facing product, an assessment, LMS, member area or small web app your audience signs up to
  • Internal tool, a private app that automates the part of your week that eats it (content, ops, follow ups)
  • AI agent team, a small fleet handling content, marketing, sales follow ups or admin
  • Measurement, GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Conversions wired in cleanly
  • Automation, Zapier or Make or n8n flows connecting leads, payments and content
Best for

Coaches, creators and solo founders who need a real setup shipped. Site, product, measurement, agents. Not a Notion link and a Calendly.

Personal Facilitator

I quietly become the operator behind your brand. Your AI team and internal tools, your public product, your content and sales loop, your measurement, all kept running and getting better so you stay in the work only you can do.

  • Weekly working sessions + async on demand
  • Running your AI agent team across content, marketing, sales and admin, and improving it as your offer evolves
  • Iterating on your public product (assessment, LMS, member area). New flows, new offers, new cohorts
  • Building and maintaining internal tools as new bottlenecks show up in your week
  • Sales and CRM workflows. Leads, follow ups, light automation
  • Reading the numbers each week and turning them into the next move
Best for

Personal brand builders and small founder led teams who already have momentum and don't want to manage tools, agencies or a team to keep it going.

How it works

Four steps. No surprises.

  1. 1
    Step 1
    30 min call
We look at your situation honestly. What's missing, what's noisy, what would actually move the needle. No pitch.
  2. 2
    Step 2
    Scope & pick
I propose exactly what gets built. Site, product, internal tool, agent team, and in what order. Fixed price.
  3. 3
    Step 3
    Ship
Everything gets built and goes live in working chunks. You see progress weekly, not at the end.
  4. 4
    Step 4
    Handover or continue
Clean, documented system you own. Or we roll straight into an ongoing partnership and keep improving it.
FAQ

Questions before we hop on a call.

Setup Sprint or Facilitator, which one do I need?+
If you need things shipped (a real brand site, a public product, an internal tool, an AI team to run your week), start with a Setup Sprint. If those already exist and you just want someone keeping it all running and improving, go straight to Facilitator. Many people start with a Sprint and roll into ongoing.
How long does the setup actually take?+
A focused single build (brand site, internal tool, or AI agent team) usually goes live in 2 to 3 weeks. A bigger scope, like a full public facing platform with auth, payments and an AI layer, takes longer and we scope it in phases. Either way you see working pieces weekly, not at the end.
What counts as a "public facing product"?+
Something your audience actually signs up for and uses. A founder or self assessment, a learning platform or LMS, a member area, a cohort hub, or a small web app tied to your offer. Real auth, real dashboards, real payments when needed. Not a Notion page behind a Stripe link. Examples: Behumbo's founder assessment, The Brutally Honest's startup tracker with a cloned AI mentor, SAGE Hq's learning platform.
What counts as an "internal tool"?+
A private app only you and your team use that automates the part of your week that eats it. Content pipelines, client onboarding, sales follow ups, invoicing, reporting. The goal is removing repetitive work that currently lives in 6 tabs and a spreadsheet, not adding another dashboard you have to check.
What's an "AI agent team" in practice?+
A small fleet of agents wired into your tools (email, CRM, content, calendar, your own platforms) that each own one slice of your week. Content production, outreach, social posting, sales follow ups, admin. Built around your real workflow with your voice and your rules. You stay in control and review the output, they do the repetitive work in the background.
What does "measurement" actually mean here?+
GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Conversions and any product analytics wired in correctly. So the numbers you look at each week are real, attributed to the right source, and tell you what to do next instead of just looking pretty.
What does "automation" cover?+
Connecting the tools you already use (leads, payments, CRM, content, email, calendar) through Zapier, Make or n8n so a new sign up, purchase or booking triggers everything that should happen next without you copy pasting between tabs.
Who is this NOT for?+
Big teams that want an agency, a 40 page proposal or weekly status decks. Enterprise AI initiatives. Paid ads or SEO agency work. If that's you, I'm not your person. Honestly.
